The Magic Forest of Briar Rose

A pair of Illustrations I did a few years ago. As the title says, the inspiration comes from reading the original story of Briar Rose (AKA Sleeping Beauty). The first illustration is meant to emulate the serenity that the forest predominantly exists in while Briar Rose was awake, while the second illustrates the darkness and danger that transforms the forest when the young princess falls in a century-long cursed slumber.
